Children under 4 are free. Prices for minors aged 4 and over must be checked. Apply at least one day ahead where possible; same-day service depends on availability. Transfer and fast track are separate products.
Fast track assists with specified airport procedures. It does not guarantee entry, zero waiting or passage within a set time. Priority baggage delivery, visas and transport are not automatically included. Airport operations can change the lane and meeting point.
Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City
- Keep the confirmed meeting instructions and contact method available before flying.
- After landing, connect to airport Wi-Fi and notify the assigned contact.
- If fast track is booked, meet the representative holding your name before immigration, as instructed.
- After immigration and baggage collection, follow your pickup meeting-point instructions.
- Verify the driver and vehicle before travelling to the booked accommodation.
A representative may be assisting another guest. Follow the final instructions rather than assuming a fixed counter or pillar.
Returning to the airport
- Confirm your pickup time, address, flight and departure terminal.
- Check the vehicle details provided before boarding.
- For departure fast track, complete airline check-in first, then contact the representative.
- Use the final meeting location sent with your confirmation.

Mixed luggage loads and actual passenger capacity require confirmation. Seat names do not guarantee that the maximum number of passengers and maximum luggage will fit together.
A local team for the first part of your trip
ITDANG coordinates the meeting instructions, luggage-based vehicle choice and local driver arrangements. If a flight is delayed, notify the assigned contact; the team also checks flight information and coordinates changes. Confirm waiting allowances and any additional charges in advance.
Payment is by bank transfer after the total and conditions are agreed. The published policy confirms the booking on payment, followed by contact and meeting instructions. Merely opening this page does not reserve or pay for a service.

Do I need fast track to enter Vietnam?
No. It is optional assistance, not an entry requirement. The authorities decide admission.
Does the transfer price include the driver tip?
Yes, the listed Ho Chi Minh City airport one-way vehicle rates include the driver tip.
Can pickup and fast track be combined?
They can be arranged together, but are priced separately. Purchase only what you need.
Can I use this at another Vietnamese airport?
Availability, service scope and prices must be checked for the specific airport and flight. Ho Chi Minh City prices are not automatically transferable.
