Planning villas, golf bags and tee times for a group

ITDANG TRAVEL · Ho Chi Minh Golf Meetup Trip

The key to a Ho Chi Minh golf meetup trip is arranging accommodation room assignments, golf course tee times, and a vehicle to carry golf bags. ITDANG offers consultations for pool villas, airport pickup, golf course transfers, and round bookings through a KakaoTalk channel. Select only the required items, check the inclusions and quotes for each, and then proceed with booking.

Three things that are easy to miss if you book separately

I booked the accommodation first, but if the route to the desired golf course doesn't match or if the vehicle has enough seats but can't carry the golf bag, we need to adjust the entire schedule. If you can send the accommodation address, round date, number of people, and number of bags at once, we can check this connection point first.

1. Airline and accommodation dates: We organize the arrival and departure times, check-in and check-out times, and the total number of travelers.
2. Golf participants and preferred tee time: We distinguish whether the round participants are the same every day and whether there are non-golf companions.
3. Bedrooms and transport: decide who will share rooms and check the size and number of suitcases and golf bags.

For a group stay, start with bedroom assignments before looking at maximum occupancy.

When traveling with multiple people, it's not only important to consider the size of the living room but also how the rooms are actually divided. ITDANG直营 Signature Villa 1号 is located in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, and it is a pool villa with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a maximum capacity of 10 people. It consists of 5 indoor bathrooms and 1 outdoor bathroom.^↗1

A pool, soundproof karaoke room, sauna and eight-person jacuzzi make it possible to spend time at the villa after golf. Having a facility does not mean there are no time or noise limits. Check charges for BBQ, minibar and snack-bar items separately.

If you have more than ten guests, check the full accommodation list for a property with the right occupancy limit and enough bedrooms rather than trying to fit everyone into the first villa. Confirm property and vehicle availability separately.^↗1

What kind of car would be needed if we include the golf bag?

The vehicle capacity is determined based on the number of people and luggage. The following quantities are guidelines for when only golf bags or 24-inch suitcases are loaded. It is not the total capacity when adding 'or' quantities, and if golf bags and suitcases are mixed, the staff will check according to the actual composition.

The seat name does not directly indicate the number of passengers who can ride with luggage. For example, if 8 people bring 8 golf bags and a suitcase, it cannot be determined from the above 16-passenger loading guidance that all of them can fit into one vehicle. You need to consult about large vehicles or whether the vehicle is separated.

Ho Chi Minh City airport transfers are priced per vehicle, one way, and include the driver's tip. The one-way airport fare does not apply to round trips to a golf course or to all-day vehicle hire. Ask for a separate quote based on your golf course, pick-up accommodation, waiting time, stops and return plans.^↗1

When booking golf, consider the dates and inclusions alongside the price.

The regular per-person 18-hole rate includes the green fee, caddie fee and cart; caddie tips are extra. Lunch is not included at every course. Even at the same course the terms may differ by date, time and product, so check the lunch note on the relevant rate sheet.

After comparing the region and golf course on the Vietnam golf course reservation page, please send us your preferred date, tee time, and number of people. The 2026 September selling price is based on September, and it is not a price that applies unchanged to other months. Unlimited rounds and accommodation packages should be distinguished from general 18-hole products.^↗1

For a three-night trip, try consulting in this flow

The example below is a starting point for a quote. It is not a confirmed package or included itinerary. It can be adjusted to your flights, accommodation access times and tee times.

• Arrival day: Airport pickup → move to accommodation → rest according to check-in time
• Day 2: leave the accommodation, play a round at your preferred golf course, check whether a meal is included, then return to the accommodation.
• Third day: Additional round or free time schedule → rest at the accommodation with the group
• Departure day: check out, check whether you need luggage storage or any stops, then arrange an airport drop-off to suit your flight.

Accommodation, vehicle, and golf costs have different calculation units

Signature Villa’s published nightly rate was USD 500 Monday–Thursday and USD 600 Friday–Sunday. Three weekday nights therefore came to USD 1,500 for accommodation alone. That figure excludes transport, golf, meals and the deposit. Check the rates and house rules for Villa No. 1 and confirm the final terms for your dates when you enquire.^↗1

Why consult with ITDANG together?

The advantage is that one inquiry can explain the accommodation capacity, vehicle load, round time, and return together. If only golf booking is needed, you can request just golf; if accommodation and vehicle are needed, you can request those items separately. Bundle purchase is not mandatory.

You can find the local operator and contact details in About ITDANG. After receiving a quote, check the product name, dates, party size, inclusions and the change and cancellation terms. For changes due to operating conditions or weather, contact the assigned KakaoTalk support channel.^↗1
