Mui Ne jeep or Mekong private tour for four?
Compare the dunes-and-coast trip with the Mekong boat itinerary. At four people the listed per-person base rates are KRW 94,000 and KRW 99,000 respectively, with different guide and meal inclusions.
Choose the experience you want first
This comparison covers ITDANG’s two private day tours from Ho Chi Minh City. Choose Mui Ne for dunes, coastal views and jeep sightseeing. Compare the Mekong first if you want a river trip with a Korean-speaking guide and lunch included. The two tours also differ in when you are likely to return.
Four adults: compare like with like
For four adults, the published Mui Ne base price is KRW 94,000 per person, or KRW 376,000 for four. The Mekong tour is KRW 99,000 per person, or KRW 396,000 for four. The difference is KRW 5,000 per person and KRW 20,000 for the group before optional extras and personal spending.
Mui Ne: what is included?
The base price covers a private round-trip vehicle from Ho Chi Minh City, local sightseeing by jeep and booking and local coordination. Discuss stops such as the White and Red Sand Dunes and coastal road, with room for a meal, café or break. A guide, ATV, professional photography, meals and vehicle upgrades are separate. The optional off-road dune jeep on the white dunes is a different experience from the included sightseeing jeep.
Mekong: what is included?
The four-person offer uses one seven-seat private vehicle with Ho Chi Minh City hotel pickup and drop-off. Around My Tho and Ben Tre, the tour includes a Korean-speaking guide, private boat, rowing boat, admission, lunch, performances and fruit tasting. Rowing-boat and guide tips, and personal purchases, are separate. Local activities can vary on the day.
If your group is not four
Mui Ne’s published per-person base rates are KRW 150,000 for two people, KRW 114,000 for three, KRW 94,000 for four, and KRW 99,000 for groups of five or more. The vehicle setup changes for larger parties; final vehicle and jeep assignments depend on passengers and luggage. Ask for a separate Mekong quote for other party sizes. Compare each group total after adding the options, meals, admission or tips that apply to your plan.
How long is each day?
The sample schedules are 08:00 to 22:30 for Mui Ne and 08:00 to 16:30 for the Mekong. These are examples, not fixed return times. Hotel location, traffic, weather and local operations affect the day. Mui Ne’s later return matters if you have dinner plans; the earlier Mekong example is still not a guarantee of catching a flight.
With children, parents or a flight that evening
Compare the long drive and walking on sand with walking and boarding or leaving boats. Consider rest breaks, meal preferences and whether a Korean-speaking guide would help your group. For an evening flight, ask about your hotel, flight time, luggage, transfer leg, traffic allowance and extra cost before committing. For three nights and four days, one full day for a tour and another for the city or rest is one possible arrangement. If you want both tours, allow separate days.
What to send for a comparison
Give your date, numbers of adults and children, children’s ages, pickup hotel, preference for scenery or guided activities, meal and rest needs, latest acceptable return time and bags. Accommodation booked elsewhere can remain in place. Ask for final availability, price, inclusions and change or cancellation terms for your date and booking channel. Starting a chat does not confirm the booking.
