If a family that plays golf and a family that wants to rest go together, you need to prepare accommodations and transportation according to the schedules of both groups. A pool villa is a shared space, a vehicle is a means to connect each group's route, and golf requires separate reservations for participants and tee times. ITDANG handles all three items through one channel.

How to divide rooms for parents, couples, and children?

For family trips, first write down the combinations of rooms that will be shared based on the total number of people. For example, one room for parents, one room for the couple and child. Also, it's good to inform in advance if there are people who find using stairs burdensome.

The rooms can be distinguished by photos of Room 101, 201, 301, 302, 303, and there is an indoor staircase. Do not assume wheelchair accessibility or unassisted movement based solely on the photos. If there are mobility restrictions, you should confirm the room location and actual pathways before booking.

Conditions needed for family members staying at the accommodation

• Shared living room and dining area: Check for space suitable for meals before and after round trips and family gatherings.
• Swimming pool: Children must use the pool under adult supervision. Check the water depth and usage rules in advance.
• Kitchen: check which utensils are available and whether you can prepare the meals you want. Ingredients and meals are not automatically included in the accommodation rate.
• Leisure facilities: check the conditions and opening hours for the jacuzzi, sauna and karaoke, and observe the night-time noise rules.

Split your day between the golf team and the relaxation team

There's no need for all family members to move at the same time. However, if one vehicle departs for the golf course, the family members remaining at the accommodation cannot use the same vehicle at that time. Plan the movement of each team separately and check if additional vehicles are needed.

If you’d like to play golf on the day of your flight, check the arrangements for checkout, a shower, luggage storage and getting to the airport together. The time you’ll finish at the course and the traffic can vary, so ask whether the itinerary leaves enough time before your flight.

Tailor for families with lots of luggage during airport pickup

Airport pickup consultation requires flight details, accommodation address, adult and child numbers, golf bag and carry-on size and quantity. Check separately whether equipment like infant car seats is available.

ITDANG's luggage allowance standard is 2 golf bags or 3 24-inch suitcases for a 7-passenger SUV, 4 golf bags or 5 24-inch suitcases for a Carnival, and 6 golf bags or 7 24-inch suitcases for a 16-passenger and 9–11-passenger limousine. Mixed loading and actual number of passengers will be checked separately.

The rates in the airport pickup and drop-off booking guide apply per vehicle, one way, and include the driver’s tip. Round trips, intermediate stops, waiting time and out-of-town travel may change the total. Contact the coordinator if you learn that your flight is delayed. Only golfers who need to play should book the required rounds

If six people are staying but only four are playing golf, specify both figures when enquiring. The regular 18-hole price per player includes the green fee, caddie fee and cart; caddie tips are extra. For non-players, check course-specific access, whether they may ride in the cart and any charges.

Lunch depends on the course and product. “Caddie fee included” does not mean the tip is included, and booking a round does not automatically cover lunch or transport. Ask for separate lines on the final quote. Compare the Vietnam course listings and selling rates; prices marked September 2026 do not automatically apply in another month.^↗1

• Accommodation: nights, rates by day of the week, maximum occupancy, deposit and bedroom allocation
• Transport: airport pickup and drop-off, return trips to the golf course, and separate journeys for family members who won’t be golfing.
• Golf: Number of participants, date, tee time, lunch, caddy tip
• Additional itinerary: Meals, BBQ, tours, etc. with optional costs

Just because you consult at one place does not mean all products are automatically bundled or that you need to purchase additional items. Select only the services you need. When informing your budget, it is helpful to specify whether it is a budget for accommodation only, or a total budget including vehicle and golf.
