Scat Villa for a trip with other couples

We're going to hang out with close friends who are a couple, is there a good place to go in Ho Chi Minh City's pool villas?

This kind of dilemma, we also thought exactly the same.
We went on a couples' trip in late June, four days and three nights from Thursday to Sunday.
Since they were close friends who were a couple, we were really looking forward to going together, but when it came to choosing a pool villa, there were many problems.
Airbnb is blocked, local agents somehow felt uneasy, and seeing reviews like 'there's a karaoke room but only one Bluetooth microphone', 'the pool is too small', 'the interior is old', made it hard to decide at first.
That’s when we discovered ITDANG.

It was really a better place than the photos.
The concerns I had were resolved like this
1. Won't it be inconvenient for couples?
Not at all.
With seven bedrooms, each couple had a room to themselves. The living room, kitchen and karaoke area were spacious and separate, so everyone could do their own thing.
The structure was perfectly balanced between privacy and sense of community.
2. How big is the pool and what items are provided?
It was a medium-to-large size, so even four couples could enter comfortably at the same time, and life jackets and tubes were already set up in advance, so there was no need to prepare anything else for water activities.
At night, we left the lights on, enjoyed the sunset, and dipped our feet into the water. That was literally the highlight of this trip.
3. Is there a proper karaoke setup?
That was better than I expected.
It was a dedicated, soundproofed karaoke room separate from the living room, with a Korean-style system, mirror ball and lights.
However, there was a notice saying that usage should be restrained after 10 PM.
We only used it during the evening hours, but even just that time was enough for us to enjoy it fully!
4. Is the infrastructure good?
I really enjoyed it.
There was a supermarket a minute's walk away, good local restaurants and characterful cafés within a ten-minute walk, and a jazz bar directly opposite the villa. That's a 200% recharge on atmosphere alone! The city centre was also just 15 minutes away by car, so I couldn't fault the location.
Our day-by-day routine (Thursday–Sunday, four days and three nights)
Thu: Airport arrival → ITDANG pickup vehicle → Scat Villa arrival, luggage sorting, then pool access → delivery dinner / brief karaoke time. Nighttime: rooftop terrace chat + jazz bar visit
Fri: Morning cleaning and towel replacement. Morning: couple's free time at villa. Afternoon: sentimental cafe tour. Evening: BBQ party → karaoke use (must end by 10pm)
Sat: Morning swimming + recap meeting-like quiet couple's time. Lunch: local restaurant dining. Evening: delivery and beer party, ending the day with night view and sentimental music
Sun: Late sleep + cleaning → safely move to airport with ITDANG vehicle

Final impressions
A pool villa trip for couples, this perfect combination was something I had never experienced before.
Scat Villa was satisfying in terms of space, atmosphere, composition, and service. Thanks to ITDANG's meticulous guidance, my itinerary from planning to checkout was worry-free.
