What ITDANG-operated villas provide

ITDANG-operated villas are the 1st branch Signature, 2nd branch Scat, and 3rd branch Bebob. The three properties have different facility setups. Especially, the swimming pool is available at the 1st and 2nd branches but not at the 3rd. The shower filter provision is an instruction specific to ITDANG-operated villas.

Choose an operated villa based on facility priority

• Signature Villa is ITDANG’s first directly operated villa. It has five bedrooms for up to ten guests. Check its page for the outdoor pool, karaoke, sauna, jacuzzi and other facilities.^↗1
• Scat Villa is ITDANG’s second directly operated property. It has seven bedrooms for up to 14 guests, an outdoor pool and a separate karaoke room. Ask which bedroom arrangements are available for your stay.^↗1
• Directly managed Bebob Villa No. 3: six bedrooms, up to twelve guests, a lift and a separate karaoke room. No pool.^↗1

Cleaning and shower filter

The detailed information for operated villas includes daily one-time cleaning and staff check-in and local assistance. Specific operational details such as cleaning visit times and towel replacement can be confirmed in the check-in instructions. The provision of shower filters is based on ITDANG-operated standards, and it does not inform that it is also provided to general partner villas.

Even with karaoke on site, check the house rules before using it.

A villa having karaoke does not mean you can sing all night. At check-in, ask about permitted hours, how to use the equipment and the rules for areas where sound carries outside. Noise rules may still apply in a soundproofed room.

Distinguish the provision scope and cost of mini bar and BBQ

ITDANG-guided HCMC villas generally have a minibar equipped with beer, mineral water, soju, and beverages. This guidance does not apply to Vung Tau villas in bulk. The presence of beverages does not mean they are free; you should check the price and settlement method.

For a barbecue, ask about availability for your dates and group size, ingredients, cooking, setup, cleanup and costs. Confirm which of these are included rather than assuming the accommodation price covers all of them.

Check order from reservation to check-in

1. Provide your dates, numbers of adults and children, bedrooms required and essential facilities.
2. For each shortlisted villa, check the photos, en-suite and shared bathrooms, rates and additional charges.
3. Check the booking deposit, outstanding balance, security deposit and conditions for changes or cancellations.
4. Check the arrival time, check-in contact method, and accommodation rules.
