Don't decide on a place to stay just based on the maximum number of people, if 8~12 people are staying together. It's better to first divide the group into rooms that will be shared, determine the number of bedrooms needed, and then check the layout of private bathrooms and common/external bathrooms.
Maximum occupancy and bedroom count are different figures.
The label 'maximum 10 people' does not mean 10 bedrooms or individual beds. First, set the criteria for sharing a room, such as couples, families, or colleagues, and then check separately for bed types, additional bedding, and child accompaniment conditions. If the number of rooms needed is more than the number of people, you should consider a larger accommodation setup.

Points to check when there are 8, 10, or 12 people
- For 8 people: The required configuration depends on whether 4 people use a room individually or 2 people share a room. Check the internal bathroom layout along with the room configuration, such as the 4-bedroom unit 41 (previously address 07).↗1
- For 10 guests, Signature Villa is an option to consider on capacity alone. It has five bedrooms and accommodates up to 10. Check bed assignments and house rules separately.
- For 12 guests, compare Scat Villa and Bebob Villa, but note that Bebob Villa has no pool. Narrow down the list accordingly if swimming is essential.
Additional points to check for family or group travel
If parents or children are staying together, check the actual photos and consult about the location of stairs, bedrooms, railings, and access to the pool. You cannot assume wheelchair access is possible just because there is an elevator. If staying with colleagues, it's better to first agree on the bedding setup of each room and whether the bathrooms are shared before assigning rooms.

If a villa has several en-suite bathrooms, does that mean every bedroom has one?
The number alone doesn’t tell you. Check whether the bathroom connects directly to a bedroom or is a shared indoor bathroom, and which floor it’s on.
If there are 12 people, is choosing 6 rooms enough?
It's not always the case. You need to check the maximum capacity limit, bed configuration, how the rooms are divided, and essential facilities together.
