When comparing pool villa prices in Ho Chi Minh City, consider both the total nightly price and the number staying. Use the same dates, party size and bedroom count to compare weekday and weekend rates, inclusions and extras. Below are published examples for directly managed ITDANG villas and ways to split the cost among 4, 6, 8 or 10 people.

Start with the total before calculating each person’s share
For example, if a villa costs $500 for one night and ten people share, the accommodation alone comes to $50 each. This is an example calculation, not the total trip cost with meals, minibar and transport. Before comparing amounts in Korean won, check the exchange rate and payment terms.
How much per person for 4, 6, 8 or 10 guests?
The examples simply divide an assumed $500 nightly price for the whole villa. They are not per-person selling prices or booking quotes. Check the actual capacity and number of bedrooms available first.

To budget for the stay, add the nightly rates for each date, selected services and extra charges. Even if a villa looks inexpensive, transport or unsuitable room arrangements can change the cost of the whole trip.

Checklist for costs that may be charged separately
- Stay: number of nights, weekday or weekend rates, extra guests, early check-in and late checkout.
- Minibar: having drinks stocked does not mean they are complimentary. Ask how beer, bottled water, soju and other drinks are charged.
- BBQ: in addition to availability, check ingredient, cooking, setup and cleanup charges, and reserve a time.
- Transport: check separately whether arrival and departure airport transfers and sightseeing vehicles are included in the accommodation rate.
- Booking terms: check the advance payment, outstanding balance, security deposit, refund and change rules, and payment currency.
Add transport and tours when comparing accommodation costs
One night’s rate is not enough to judge the full travel budget. Itemize the total stay, two-way airport transfers, daily private vehicles and chosen tours or golf, so it’s easier to spot missing items or double charges.

You can mark undecided details as “to be confirmed”. Ask for a quote separating what the stay and chosen services include from what costs extra. Services are not all free or automatically included in the nightly rate.
Compare like with like
