In early September my colleagues and I took a three-day, two-night team-building trip to Ho Chi Minh City. It went beyond a typical workshop: activities and downtime brought us closer as a team. ITDANG’s package was the backdrop to that experience.

Spending time laughing and singing with our colleagues at the karaoke room allowed us to see a different side of them that we usually don’t get to see. The convenience of a supermarket right next to the villa made it easy to quickly get any needed items, which was a small but significant advantage.

A round of golf in Ho Chi Minh wasn't just a simple exercise, but a time to build camaraderie with colleagues. The conversations exchanged on the grass were different from the tense discussions in the conference room. Laughter naturally flowed back and forth, making the team atmosphere much softer, and I thought, 'That's why overseas rounds are necessary.'
Another highlight was trying surfing in Vung Tau. We all wobbled on the waves at first, but the more we tried and cheered one another on, the closer we became as a team. Each time one of us stood up on the board, our coworkers applauded. It felt like much more than an activity.
🌿 Massage and healing to wrap up
