In mid-September, my colleagues and I went to Ho Chi Minh City for a three-day, two-night workshop. Despite the short itinerary, we found time for both work and rest thanks to ITDANG's package. The place we stayed was the Scat Villa in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. With seven rooms and eight bathrooms, the layout was spacious enough for a group of people to stay together, and it also ensured privacy for each individual.
The remodeled medium-to-large pool was perfect for unwinding after a workshop schedule. A canopy was installed, allowing us to swim comfortably even during the day, and in the evening, we held a barbecue party on the poolside to wrap up the day.
The spacious kitchen and living room could be used as a brainstorming space during the day and as a gathering place for dinner at night. Especially because of the separate karaoke room, we could laugh and chat with our colleagues, strengthening our team bond. Also, the convenience of a supermarket right next to the accommodation was very satisfying.
🌿 A balance between business and rest
During the day, I focused on the workshop schedule and spent productive time, while in the evening, I freely relaxed by the pool or changed the atmosphere with a barbecue party. It was more like an experience where work and rest were beautifully blended.
👥 Satisfaction of colleagues
My colleagues were most satisfied with the setup that allowed everyone to be in the same space yet still have enough room to rest individually. Personally, I enjoyed being able to take a break while also naturally meeting up in the living room whenever needed. This helped ease each other's fatigue while also strengthening our teamwork.
