A group workshop with room for evening activities
The archived itinerary describes a villa with an elevator, karaoke room and terrace. These features served different needs once the workday ended.
In early November, I spent four days and three nights in Ho Chi Minh City with a group of close friends.
Since our business schedule was a bit mixed and it was a timing when we both wanted to take a proper break after a long time, choosing the accommodation, route, and travel agency was really important for this trip.

Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, six of them connected to the bedrooms.
The structure of this setup proves how much of an advantage it is for group travel, as there's absolutely no confusion when preparing in the morning.
Everyone could take their time getting ready in their own space and enjoy their privacy.
With space for up to 12 guests, the layout worked for family trips, golf retreats and groups of friends.

The space that impressed us most was the karaoke room.
Hotel-grade interior, latest audio system, perfect soundproofing, lighting, and all microphones are new.
As soon as we stepped inside, we thought, “Hang on, this is a cut above an ordinary karaoke room…”
That was our first reaction.
Because there is a space where we can gather together after finishing the day's schedule, sing songs, and sit in a lounge-like setting to chat, the atmosphere feels much softer and we felt closer to each other.
That day I understood why groups look for pool villas with karaoke in Ho Chi Minh City.
✔ Comfort from the elevator
Another touching point is that there is an elevator.
Even with a lot of luggage, it's comfortable to use multiple floors with seniors coming together, so we could stay much more comfortably than expected.
This aspect is especially important for business-oriented groups.
Meeting equipment, laptops, and when there is a lot of luggage or a wide range of ages, the stress from movement really decreases.
✔ Spacious living room + kitchen + outdoor terrace
The spatial layout of Villa 74 was the very essence of what it means to 'stay together'.
The living room and kitchen were connected in a straight line, allowing everyone to naturally gather together, and making it easy to have casual meetings or meals.
The outdoor terrace and rooftop terrace were really great during the evening hours.
It was the perfect place to have a beer as you could faintly see Ho Chi Minh City below and feel a slight breeze.
Thanks to this layout, the Ho Chi Minh pool villa trip itself felt more enriched.

Since there was almost no travel time, the work efficiency was high and the rest time was sufficient.
