Balancing tee times and free time
This year-end golf itinerary sets aside time at the villa between rounds. Private transport connected the course with the rest of the day.
At the end of December, I went on a golf trip to Ho Chi Minh City with friends, wanting to enjoy the New Year atmosphere a bit early.
The criteria for this trip were quite clear.
Keep golf simple, take the stress out of getting around and get some proper rest back at the villa.
Therefore, when choosing a travel agency, I placed the highest importance on their operating style and local response capability rather than price or number of days, and the place that matched these criteria best was ITDANG.

The reason why the preparation for this golf trip could be so convenient
Those who have ever prepared for an overseas golf trip will know that there are actually a lot of things to pay attention to, from booking tee times to the travel route.
But during this trip, I hardly felt any stress even before the round.
It was because ITDANG handled everything from tee time confirmation, golf course transportation, to the overall schedule flow all at once.
Even though it was a popular golf course, I was impressed by the fact that they could reliably book tee times at the desired time slot. On the day of the round, they kept checking the weather and on-site conditions and flexibly adjusted when needed, so the flow of the round never got interrupted.
The fact that an environment was created where everyone from beginners to experienced golfers could focus solely on the game itself clearly highlighted the uniqueness of ITDANG's golf booking service.
① Why did I choose ITDANG?
The reason I ultimately decided to go with ITDANG was simple.
It felt like a place that 'operates' a trip rather than 'sells' one.
Private tour-focused itinerary
Since the purpose of this trip was to quietly enjoy a New Year's celebration with friends, a private tour was definitely needed.
ITDANG proceeded entirely in a private setup, so we never mixed with other teams, and could maintain our schedule and pace as is.
The density of guidance and response is different
From the reservation stage until check-out, there was never a break in the guidance.
When we asked questions, responses came back immediately, and since situations would be explained in advance if they changed, our travel flow never stalled in the middle.
There were many proactive guides such as "We will proceed this way now," which maintained trust throughout the trip.
Structure where the local team directly cares for you
ITD, unlike a typical travel agency that only delivers reservations, felt throughout the trip that it was a team actively moving on-site and solving problems.
Therefore, there was no anxiety about unforeseen variables, and the entire itinerary proceeded stably.
Prices and services are transparent
The process went exactly as initially guided without any additional costs or hidden options, and the quality of the pool villa, vehicle, and guide services remained consistent throughout the trip.
Itinerary based on recommendations from locals
It was not a tight package focused on sightseeing, but rather a well-balanced schedule combining golf and relaxation, which really suited the end-of-year trip.
③ Accommodation: Bossa Villa
A practical and stable pool villa suitable for a golf trip
On this trip, we stayed at Bossa Villa.
There are a total of 6 rooms and 7 bathrooms, with 6 of them being internal bathroom setups, allowing multiple people to stay together while still having sufficient personal space.
During our stay, the bathrooms caused us no inconvenience, even in the mornings and evenings.
The karaoke room was a highlight of Bossa Villa.
Of all the spaces at Bossa Villa, the karaoke room was the one we enjoyed most.
The interior is hotel-grade with good soundproofing, and all the audio, lighting, and microphone conditions are in new condition.
Actually using it, the phrase 'This feels like I paid for a booth rental' just came out naturally.
On a golf trip, being able to enjoy the rest of the day at the villa after a round, without heading out again, was a real advantage.
No pool, but a peaceful atmosphere
Bossa Villa had no pool, and we found the overall atmosphere quiet and restful.
The living room had two ceiling fans installed, making the air very comfortable, and the structure connected the outdoor terrace to the rooftop terrace, making it perfect for having a beer while looking down at Ho Chi Minh City in the evening.
Thanks to the elevator, moving around was convenient.
The elevator was installed, so it wasn't burdensome even for trips with a lot of luggage or with travelers of different age groups.
This part is actually an important point in group golf trips.
④ Moments that were particularly satisfying during the trip
The balance between golf and rest
The structure allowed me to rest at the accommodation right after finishing the round, so my physical exhaustion wasn't too great.
Since the travel time wasn't long, I could comfortably wrap up the day even after playing golf.
Common reactions from the companions
- The accommodation is clean
- The transportation is convenient
- The itinerary is natural
These three reactions were common among everyone.
Whenever we needed something, the ITDANG team was quick to help. That made it easier to stay in good shape throughout the trip.
Reasons to choose ITDANG, summarized in one sentence
Because it is designed by a team that best understands the local area, you can enjoy both golf and relaxation without the stress of travel.
If you're considering a golf trip at the end of the year, based on this experience, ITDANG is a travel agency that you can fully trust and choose.
