2nd District Thao Dien 10-room twin villa, reasons why it was good in actual use

As the number of family members increases, the most difficult part of trip preparation is always choosing accommodation.
Are there enough bedrooms and bathrooms? Will the arrangement be comfortable for both children and older relatives?
Since this trip was for a large family, we prioritized space and structure over luxury, and this place matched exactly with that standard: the 10-room twin villa located in Thao Dien, 2nd District, Ho Chi Minh City.

🏠 Starting with the basic information, you can see the reason right away

• Ten guest rooms / ten bathrooms
• Eight of the bathrooms are en-suite.
• Outdoor large-sized swimming pool
• Karaoke in the living room
• Single-story structure for the entire floor (Only G floor is used)

Thanks to this configuration, I immediately felt confident that "even if several people come, there won't be any trouble due to traffic flow."

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A suitable bedroom and bathroom layout can make travel less tiring.

For an extended-family trip, the bathroom layout matters as much as the room count.
Most bedrooms in this villa have their own bathroom. During our stay, we rarely had to wait in the mornings or for an evening shower.

The layout naturally separates the needs of children washing up, adults preparing, and the elderly's movement path, making the atmosphere much more relaxed from the beginning of the trip.
The structure allowed for both privacy and convenience even when multiple families shared the space.

The center of this villa is undoubtedly the outdoor large pool.

• It's spacious enough that multiple people can use it at the same time without feeling cramped
• It's outdoors, so there's a great sense of openness
• The structure allows children to play in the pool while adults can relax nearby and watch

For large family trips, having a space for kids to play and an area for adults to rest together is really important, and this pool naturally fulfilled that role.

🎤 Living-room karaoke made for a full evening without going out.

The villa had karaoke equipment in the living room.
Children can first play happily, and as adults join in the atmosphere by singing a few songs, the phrase 'Where should we go now?' gradually disappears.

Even a single outing can be quite an undertaking with an extended family. Being able to spend our evenings at the villa was more convenient than we’d expected.

Preparing meals for a large family trip can be an somewhat significant burden.
By using the BBQ and doumi options, adults can rest much more comfortably, and the time spent with the kids has increased.

• Time: Between 11 am – 4 pm daily

This villa has a twin structure (a form where two units are connected).

• Only one unit can be booked separately
• If the two units are booked under different teams
  → The middle iron gate is closed, separating them
• The swimming pool is for shared use

• No need to use stairs → Very convenient for children and elderly movement

Knowing this before booking helps you avoid surprises on arrival.

📍 Location: staying in Thao Dien made things easier.

There are many service apartment complexes around the villa, making it relatively quiet, and there is also a local beef restaurant behind the villa.
You can’t walk straight there; you have to go around a little. It still took us only about five minutes on foot.

Due to the characteristics of Thao Dien area, it was easy to use supermarkets, cafes, and daily convenience facilities.

Especially with 10 rooms and a single-story structure, it was a place where everyone from kids to adults found it comfortable.

This 2nd district Thao Dien 10-room twin villa felt like a well-designed accommodation for family travel, considering space, structure, pool, and common facilities.
