After the Mui Ne activities, we returned to Ho Chi Minh City and stayed in a five-bedroom villa in the Thao Dien villa neighborhood.
The advantage of this place is that it has a structure that makes it easy for multiple people to maintain their own rhythm.

✨ Comfort from the Space

• Five bedrooms / five bathrooms, including four en-suite bathrooms
• The G floor has an open layout with the living room, kitchen, and dining table in a straight line, making it natural to gather together, and easy to disperse into individual spaces when needed.

In the evening, we gathered in the living room for dinner, and when the conversation got long, it naturally transitioned into a living room karaoke session, filling the time without needing to go out.

🛏️ Getting to and between the guest rooms

Rooms 201·202·203·204 are arranged on the first floor, making movement simple.
Privacy is well maintained, making it suitable for family gatherings, friend meetups, and small team events with minimal hassle.

🏊 Outdoor Pool (Small)

A small outdoor pool suitable for relaxing lightly or enjoying with children.
I liked that it wasn’t overdone and didn’t break the easy rhythm of our stay.

• If you would like the help of one housekeeper, check the fee when booking.
  Choose only the extras you need and leave yourself time to relax at the villa.

📍 Surroundings & Tips for Use

• Located within Thao Dien Villa Town, offering a quiet and well-kept atmosphere
• For a large group needing at least 10 bedrooms, the article suggests booking two villas of the same type together.

🧹 Maintenance Instructions

• Cleaning once a day (11:00–16:00, conducted according to the schedule)
• Note: The outdoor pool size is on the smaller side

Main is activities, sub is accommodation.
We spent a full day in Mui Ne, then had time to rest when we got back. The trip flowed well and wasn’t too physically demanding.
