Practical guides for your trip

Read these local-language planning notes and follow the relevant service for availability and terms.

Compare the Mekong and Mũi Né day trips

With four guests, the Mekong private tour is KRW 99,000 per person, including a Korean-speaking guide, round-trip private transport, a boat and lunch. Mũi Né costs KRW 94,000 per person for four, with round-trip private transport and a sightseeing jeep. A guide, ATV and meals are separate. Decide whether you want a guided river day or a jeep outing before choosing your date.

Arrival checklist for a family trip

Keep the flight number and arrival date handy. Tân Sơn Nhất’s international flights use T2; domestic flights can use T1 or T3. Check the terminal on the airline confirmation and agree on the meeting point. Tell the team how many people, suitcases and strollers are coming before selecting a vehicle.

What four guests get on the Mekong tour

The four-person price is per guest, not for the entire vehicle. The package includes a Korean-speaking guide, private return transport, a boat and lunch. Send your preferred date and pickup accommodation so the meeting details can be checked for your party.

Separate the jeep from ATV and guide options

For a party of four, the Mũi Né base arrangement is KRW 94,000 per person. It includes round-trip private transport and a sightseeing jeep. Do not assume a guide, ATV ride or meals are bundled. Check the departure window, pickup address and any extras before you reserve.

Planning a golf day with a group

A requested tee time still needs course confirmation. Give the date, player count, preferred course and number of golf bags. Check how the course handles carts, caddies, meals, tips and club rental, then choose transport with room for both players and equipment.

Before a factory meeting in Vietnam

Separate meetings that are already booked from factories you would like help finding. Note the industry, products, meeting language and addresses. Confirm any interpreter requirement and route before arranging the vehicle and overnight stay. A proposed visit still needs the other party’s agreement.

Build an itinerary around the dates you already have

Start with fixed flights, accommodation nights and any commitments you cannot move. Then choose the days that need transport, a tour or golf. Share pickup points, the size of your group and anything that affects mobility so the team can check the details together.
