1. Confirm the booking representative and on-site operator
The seller and the person responsible for check-in and facility issues may differ. Instead of judging based solely on the terms 'directly operated' or 'intermediary,' please note the following details in your booking confirmation or consultation records.
- Exact name, number, and location of the booked accommodation and the actual check-in location
- Contact details of the reservation staff and on-site personnel, and whether Korean language consultation is available
- Check-in and check-out times, and the method for check-in if arriving late
- Contact point and response scope for issues with facilities or changes to the schedule
ITDANG provides information on both directly operated and partner accommodations through its Ho Chi Minh City branch and operations team. Do not assume that the service scope of directly operated and partner accommodations are the same. Whether cleaning, facility maintenance, or additional requests are possible should be confirmed based on the selected accommodation.

2. Look at the beds, maximum occupancy and current facilities as well as bedroom count.
“Four bedrooms” means exactly that. Whether the villa suits four families or eight people depends on who can share, who needs their own room and how old the children are.
- Bed sizes and the number of beds in each bedroom, along with maximum occupancy
- The number of toilets and showers, and whether each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom
- Swimming pool availability and usage conditions, safety check items for children
- Living room, dining area, staircase structure and the path for moving luggage
- Hours and additional charges for facilities you plan to use, such as karaoke, the barbecue area and the kitchen
Look beyond the lead photo and check the bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas. Ask whether the pictures show the property you’re booking now and whether there have been recent changes or works.

Even ITDANG-operated accommodations have different facilities.
ITDANG directly manages three properties: Signature Villa, Scat Villa and Bebob Villa. Bebob Villa No. 3 has no pool. If a pool is important, check for one first; if indoor facilities take priority, compare those instead.
For small groups looking for 2-room or 3-room accommodations, you can also compare hotels and apartments. Do not assume that only part of a large private villa is available for booking; check whether partial use is possible and the total cost.
3. Compare the final quote and cancellation conditions, rather than the displayed nightly rate alone.
Even at the same property, the final quote may depend on dates, occupancy, payment currency, included services and cancellation conditions. The displayed rate alone doesn’t tell you which booking channel is cheaper or safer.
- Accommodation price: the total for your dates and how weekday, weekend and public-holiday rates apply.
- Additional costs: ask whether extra guests, cleaning, cooking, electricity and facility use are included or charged separately.
- Security deposit: amount, payment method, return date and possible deductions
- Transport: confirm whether airport pickup and drop-off are included or a separate vehicle quote is needed.
- Changes and cancellations: deadlines, refund eligibility, payment currency and fees

Which is better, booking through Airbnb or directly with a travel agency?
You cannot definitively say that one method is always better. Compare the total amount, payment and cancellation conditions, and on-site contact methods for the same accommodation, date, and number of people. If using a platform, you should also check the conditions presented on the respective booking page.
Can 8 people stay in a 4-room pool villa in Ho Chi Minh?
Check the maximum occupancy and bed layout for each property. Four bedrooms do not guarantee space for eight guests or a separate bed for everyone. Please tell us the number of adults and children and how you would like to divide the rooms.
Can I prepare a pool villa along with a vehicle and golf?
You can ask ITDANG about accommodation, transport, golf and other services together. These are not all included in the accommodation rate. Check the availability and price of each selected service separately.
